RV Park Manager needed for small (25 spaces) long-term RV park in the Galveston
County, TX area. Duties include greeting new tenants, providing tenants with paperwork
,making out electric bills monthly. Helping people get into spaces as they are vacated
watching over the park and enforcing the rules. There is mowing and weed eating and other
small jobs.

Bullard's RV Park, Hutto, TX
RV Park Manager needed for small (27 spaces) long-term RV park in the Austin, TX
area. Duties include greeting new tenants, providing tenants with paperwork and collecting
when complete. Collecting monthly rents, dispersing electric bills monthly. Cleaning up
spaces as they are vacated and being aware of the general condition of all units in the
park (i.e. outside water leaks). Compensation includes space rent and utilities.

Top of the Hill RV Resort
Come to Top of the Hill RV Resort to help us provide our guests with an
experience that they will remember.
An EXPERIENCED COUPLE is preferred, however we sometimes can accept singles as well. We
currently have a position available to start immediately. We also have some additional
positions available for Spring and Summer.
Each work camper would agree to work 7 hours per day, 2 days a week for a couple or 4 days
a week for an individual, for a combined total of 28 hours per week (7 hrs/day x 2
days/week x 2 people = 28 hrs/wk for couple or 7 hrs/day x 4 days/week x 1 person = 28
hrs/wk for an individual). The 7 hours shifts will be assigned monthly and will include
8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 8 PM shifts. Compensation includes a full hookup site
with utilities including propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount in
exchange for 28 hours per week. Although a telephone hookup is provided, telephone
services are not included. If extra shifts are available and you volunteer to work the
extra shifts, the pay is $7.00 per hour. As noted below, the value of your site will be
excluded from your gross income for federal tax purposes. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV
Resort pays a $250.00 per person bonus for committing to and completing a full year of
service.
Keep in mind that outside maintenance is hot work in the summer. The typical duties
include:
Providing our guests with an experience beyond their expectations!
Taking reservations, cashiering, stocking shelves, taking inventory, and preparing lists
for goods needed, keeping the General Store, cabins, and other facilities clean.
Assisting guests checking in/out of the resort, computer based registration plus general
administrative duties.
Escorting guests to their sites, mowing, trimming, cleaning the pool, and watering the
grounds.
General maintenance duties, including: resort cleanup, trash pickup, restroom maintenance,
various projects as needed.
Volunteering with special events: hot dog roasts, pancake breakfasts, etc.
The following information is included per IRS rules on lodging/compensation (irc1.119
(b)): In order to properly perform your duties, you are required to accept employer
provided accommodations as defined elsewhere in this agreement. The value of the
accommodations will not be included in your gross income.
