Meadowbrook Camping Area
We are a family owned campground looking for three couples to complete our staff
for the 2008 summer season. Located at Mid-Coast Maine we are minutes from the prettiest
ocean beach. Popham State Park boasts of miles of sandy shoreline.
A free full-hookup campsite is provided for the season in exchange for 20 hours
per person per week. Season starts May 1 and ends October 1. Duties include working a
snack bar, cooking lobsters & clams, office work and outside maintenance.

PEQUAWKET LAKE (AKA HORNE POND) LIMINGTON, MAINE
Limington is located in southern Maine and can be found on a map by looking for the road
intersection of routes 25 and 11.
The town is looking for a qualified retired person or couple with good people skills and
an RV to manage the area. It will provide to the caretakers a campsite with well water,
electricity, and septic.
The season runs from May 15 to September 15. A slight variance to the start and stop dates
could be tolerated. You may want to stay longer and see the trees change color!
Beach usage is approximately 10 people during weekdays and as many as 100 during weekends.
This is heavily dependent on weather conditions. Boat launches are estimated at about 2 on
weekdays and 10 on the weekends.
Pequawket Lake has crystal clear water and is spring fed. MOY MO DA YO is a public beach
area with approximately 1,500 feet of sandy shoreline. It is located in a forested area at
the end of a one-mile-long dirt road and provides a picturesque view of the lake with a
mountain nestled in the background.

We are looking for retired couples to be work campers for our

The selected couple will also receive a free, private grassy site back from the main
facility, approximately 150 feet from the water. A fresh well water hookup and electrical
hook up will be provided. A dump station is located near by and a blue dump dolly will be
available (if needed).

- free use of canoes/kayaks on the lake

We are looking for cheerful, energetic retired couples (with RV's up to 30')
willing to perform light maintenance and cleaning. We offer each couple a campsite PLUS
hourly wages.
Although our campground is designed for tenters and RV's under 20', we are able to
accommodate RV's over 20' for those who work here. Electricity, water, and a honey wagon
will be provided.
Although our season runs from mid-June through September, we need help with some of the
spring cleanup. Arriving in late May and departing in late September would be ideal.
